You may utilize your Owner/Resident Portal to report any non-emergency maintenance issues that need our attention. You may also contact us at 503.746.4122 or email us at email@example.com.
You can call us 24 hours a day/7 days a week to report an emergency maintenance issue at 503.673.2442. A maintenance emergency is when there is significant damage to the structure that is threatening property or life, or will cause a hazardous situation. Please utilize our normal reporting methods if your maintenance request is not of an emergency nature.
