Shamrock Community & Property Management is a northwest local, and family operated, business. Our team, with over 30 years of community association and property management experience, is committed to the communities we manage. Our mission is to assist owners and community associations in creating homes where residents feel connected to their community, receive excellent care and communication, and have confidence in their community manager.

Apartment and Community Governance is about ensuring that your residents understand their responsibilities and feel that they are connected and supported by their community. We strive to promote community connection, sustainability and education that work toward these ideals so that you can achieve your goals as a property owner or community leader.

Our Partners...

Our Community Managers are members of Community Association Institute (CAI) and Multifamily Northwest, both of which promote education for community and property managers in the Northwest, as well as raising awareness of the needs of tenants and community association members. We are licensed as property managers through the State of Oregon, and hold various designations through CAI and the National Apartment Association (NAA), showing our commitment to brining you the highest quality management possible.
